Must notify us 5 days, after receiving delivery, of any problem with merchandise.
We must receive within 20 days of notification and in your described Condition / with original Packaging.
Returns accepted includes damaged, defective, or wrong product (that we are at fault for). All items get shipped as they are described when you purchase them. We cannot be responsible for package delivery mishandling after it leaves our hands.
We take pictures of everything we ship. If you receive damaged item (s), please send us pictures immediately along with your request for refund. You can use the "Contact Us" button.
When you notify us, we will make a decision on shipping label fee, based on pics, and condition of package. Make sure you take pictures of any damage to packaging. This will help us file an insurance claim, if you are purchasing an item over $50 contact us and we will add insurance to your total for merchandise. If you do not purchase insurance on this type of item, we will NOT be responsible for any damage. We pack extremely well but cannot be responsible for other people's mishandling.
Refunds will be given by the same method you used to purchase, with in 30 days, after receiving return item in question.
